Terms of use

Last updated

These terms are an agreement between you and , , who make PolyPadel. By playing, you agree to them. They're short, and we've kept them plain.

Playing the game

PolyPadel is free to play in your browser. You may play it for your own enjoyment, with friends, and share links to it. You may not copy, resell or republish the game, or try to make it do things it isn't meant to.

Playing fair online

Online rooms are for playing padel together. When you play online:

Hosts can remove people from their room, and we may filter names, close rooms, or block anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

Ownership

PolyPadel, its name, look and code are owned by . Some parts are open-source software or fonts made by others and used under their licences; they're listed on the credits page. "Padel" is the name of the sport, which belongs to everyone.

The game as it is

We work hard to keep PolyPadel fun and working, but it's provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change, pause or end the game, or any part of it, at any time.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any indirect or consequential loss from playing or being unable to play, and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the game is limited to the amount you paid to play, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Your privacy

How we handle the little data involved is set out in our privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, though we'd much rather you wrote to us first at , and we'll try to put things right.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
